Libreoffice calc windows 106/2/2023 I do notice some sort of secondary file is being created with un-allowed characters but thats not the one I’m sending. Heres a screen shot from Explorer showing the file names. When I receive it on my iPad, I click on it - get a preview then copy it to Microsoft Word and it transfers perfectly. Create the file in Writer, email it to myself as an attachment. To answer your question on text files done the same way - they work perfect. Thats when I get the Error - “A filename cannot contain any of the following characters /: * ? “ \. I then try to copy it into Excel on my iPad so I can work with it. It shows up on the screen as a preview file. When I receive the file in AOL, I click and open it. I attach the file to an email to myself (thru AOL). I create a Calc spreadsheet in LibreOffice and save it on a local laptop drive (Windows 10) as an Excel File. Here’s what I’m doing and the answers to your questions.
